طريقة ارجاع المبلغ تكون عن طريق ارسال رصيد بقيمة المنتج صافي بعد خصم اي رسوم عرض توصيل ان وجدت كي يستعمله العميل مستقبلاً ويشتري فيه عبر موقعنا. وفي حال طلب العميل الغاء الطلب بعد الدفع بالبطاقة من دون اي سبب وجيه وطلب اعادة المبلغ، فإنه في هذه الحالة يخصم ٤٪ من قيمة المبلغ المدفوع لتغطي خسارة رسوم اعادة المبلغ لشركة مدفوعات البطاقة. وفي حال تم شحن المنتج قبل طلب ارجاع المبلغ، فسيتم خصم قيمة الشحن ايضاً. هذه العملية تستغرق من ٧ الى ١٤ يوم عمل حتى يصلنا المنتج المسترجع.
